To meet the high expectations of clients and employees, to implement complex and innovative projects, highly qualified specialists are needed. There is a need to continuously invest in the qualifications, knowledge and skills of the company's employees, as well as to develop and improve the skills of the employees in order to adapt to the technological changes in the economy and to the transformation of industry. This is the main reason for us to carry out the project.
The aim of the project is to improve the skills of the workforce in the fields of information technology and new production processes and technologies.
Duration of the project: from 25.10.2024 to 25.10.2026.
Project value: EUR 165 422,00, of which EUR 99 253,20 are EU funds.

Siekiant patenkinti aukštus klientų ir darbuotojų lūkesčius, įgyvendinti sudėtingus, inovatyvius projektus, reikalingi aukštos kvalifikacijos specialistai. Reikia nuolat investuoti į įmonės darbuotojų kvalifikaciją, žinias bei gebėjimus, taip pat ugdyti ir tobulinti darbuotojų įgūdžius, leisiančius prisitaikyti prie ekonomikos technologinių pokyčių ir pramonės pertvarkos. Būtent tai ir yra pagrindinė priežastis, paskatinusi mus vykdyti projektą.
Projekto tikslas - pagerinti darbuotojų įgūdžius informacinių technologijų, naujų gamybos procesų ir technologijų srityse.
Projekto trukmė: nuo 2024-10-25 iki 2026-10-25.
Projekto vertė: 165 422,00 EUR, iš kurių 99 253,20 EUR ES fondų lėšos.
