Maaskade Group and Garant Group jointly acquire Hoogendijk Sliedrecht
SLIEDRECHT – Maaskade Group and Garant Group have joined forces to acquire Hoogendijk Sliedrecht.
The acquisition marks a new chapter for the more than 100-year-old maritime service provider, which will continue to operate independently under its trusted name, supported by the combined knowledge, networks and long-term commitment of Maaskade Group and Garant Group.
For clients and business partners, continuity remains the priority. Hoogendijk Sliedrecht will continue with its existing services, customer relationships, employees and day-to-day operations. The company will remain a separate and recognisable organisation, with Teus Hoogendijk continuing to be involved.
