Board Members

The Board members of Garant Group possess high qualifications and experience to ensure the efficient fulfillment of their obligations.

The Board appoints the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Garant Group.

The responsibilities of the CEO include but are not limited to:

Leading the development and implementation of the holding’s overall strategy
Controlling subsidiaries’ activities and providing suggestions for possible improvements
Monitoring implementation of the strategies, long- and short-term objectives of the subsidiaries
Providing suggestions to Garant Group Board regarding the organization of Group’s activities

Bachelor’s degree in Seaport Technologies – University of Klaipėda

Successfully completed the Board Member Training Program at the “Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance”

Chief Commercial Officer, Board member

Education:

Master’s degree in Business Management – University of Klaipėda

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management – University of Klaipėda

Successfully completed the Board Member Training Program at the “Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance”

Fields of competence:

Strategic Planning & Management, Sales & Marketing Strategy, R&D, Maritime Law.

Organization Development Officer, Board member

Education:

Master‘s degree in Business administration (EMBA) – Kaunas University of Technology

Bachelor‘s degree in Science of Mechanical Engineering – University of Klaipėda

Fields of competence:

Organization Development, Processes Improvements, Leadership and Executive developmental assessments.

Chief Finance Officer, Board member

Education:

M.A. in Business Administration (Strayer University, USA)

B.A. in Business Administration, Minor in Accounting (Bellevue University, USA)

Finance Management, Budget Control, Investment Projects, Risk Management.
